Grant Reviewer Applications

The Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society (CFAS) invites applications for Grant Reviewers for the 2026 CFAS Grant Program. This is an opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of fertility and reproductive research in Canada by participating in the evaluation of this year’s grant applications.

We are pleased to introduce an important evolution in our process: the CFAS grant review will now be member- and expertise-driven, empowering our community to lead decisions that foster innovation and collaboration. While a CFAS Board representative will participate to ensure oversight and alignment, the review panels will be composed primarily of our diverse, multidisciplinary membership, with the inclusion of leading international experts where appropriate.

We are seeking 5–7 reviewers per grant category. Each category typically receives approximately 10–15 applications. Please note that the SMART Grant requires a more comprehensive review. Reviewers should anticipate a maximum time commitment of approximately 10 hours.

Applicants should also be aware that individuals who apply for a grant within a specific category are not eligible to serve as reviewers for that same category.
