 atform, with speakers:\nEileen McMahon is a Nurse Practitioner at Hanna
 m Fertility Centre in Toronto, Ontario. She graduated from the Universit
 y of Toronto with a baccalaureate and Master’s degree in Nursing as we
 ll as a post-Master’s Nurse Practitioner Diploma. She holds a Clinical
  Appointment as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing,
  University of Toronto, holds specialty certification in Perinatal Nursi
 ng from the Canadian Nurses Association, and is a certified Sexual Assau
 lt Nurse Examiner. Eileen served on the Canadian Fertility & Andrology S
 ociety Board of Directors from 2016-2021 and was their first nurse Presi
 dent from September 2019 to September 2020. Eileen has dedicated hersel
 f to identifying best practices for the delivery of outstanding healthca
 re in an empathetic and inclusive manner. She has a particular interest 
 in fertility preservation.\n\n \n\nDanielle Dubois, the Operations Dir
 ector at the Ottawa Fertility Centre (OFC), is directly responsible for 
 the Clinical, Administrative Services, IT, Facilities, and Human Resourc
 es Services and Managers. She is active in the centre’s research progr
 am, Patient Safety and Operation Committee, and co-chair of Patient Expe
 rience. Her most recent co-authored publication is “Exploring Cisgende
 r Women’s Experiences of Reproductive Loss After In Vitro Fertilizatio
 n.” Ms. Dubois has held a career in reproductive health for over 16 ye
 ars. She has a Bachelor of Nursing Science degree from Queen’s Univers
 ity, a Master of Health Studies degree from Athabasca University, and a 
 Business Administration Certification from York University. Ms. Dubois j
 oined Accreditation Canada in 2016 as a surveyor. She is an active membe
 r of the CFAS NSIG & ASIG and is on the board of directors for Fertile F
 uture.\n\n \n\nPenny Blesch, as the Chief Operating Officer at Olive Fe
 rtility Centre, is responsible for the operations of a complex system of
  processes, people and resources and countless daily decisions that impa
 ct patient centred care. Penny ensures that all of the systems, resource
 s, and people are in place to achieve Olive’s goals. Penny’s dynamic
  background, blending HR, leadership, and business has created an enviro
 nment where employees are more likely to feel motivated, empowered and s
 upported – and to perform exceptionally well in a constantly evolving 
 and challenging environment and create workplace cultures that positivel
 y impact patient satisfaction and outcomes. Penny has served on boards t
 hroughout her career: as the Board Liaison of Out on Screen, an executiv
 e board position, which maintains formal connection between the Board of
  Directors and staff members including the executive director. In additi
 on, Penny served as a board member at Women in Leadership, a foundation 
 dedicated to advancing women in leadership and empowering the next gener
