 ng! --\n\nAs an exhibitor at the 72nd Canadian Fertility and Andrology S
 ociety's Annual Meeting, you will have direct contact with over 600 doct
 ors, specialists, allied professionals, fellows, and graduate students i
 n the field of assisted reproductive technology, as well as speakers and
  presenters from across the globe. Exhibiting at this year’s Annual Me
 eting will serve as an opportunity to showcase your latest technology, p
 roducts, programs, and services to a targeted and engaged audience. Our 
 industry partners play a vital role in helping healthcare practitioners 
 and scientists deliver the most advanced and safest fertility care in th
 e world. In turn, delegates are given an opportunity to review the ever-
 developing scientific innovations in these fields. To this end, the annu
 al meeting provides a unique occasion for industry and practitioners to 
 come together for a common purpose.\n\n---------------------------------
 ---------------------------------------\n\n-- Exhibiting Benefits --\n\n
 * A list of exhibitors will be included in the CFAS Scientific Program w
 hich will be available online and limited printed copies at the Annual M
 eeting.\n\n* Access to meals and health breaks in Exhibition Hall.\n\n* 
 Access to the CFAS Annual Meeting App, which allows the opportunity to g
 ather attendee contact information, to post messages, to network, and to
  connect with attendees virtually.\n\n-- Exhibiting Benefits By Sponsors
 hip level --\n\nNon-Profit Booth Standard Booth Bronze Booth \n\nGold
  Booth Platinum Booth Champion Booth\n\n-- Exhibitor Services --\n\nCF
 AS has contracted with a sole show management service to provide exhibit
  materials, furnishings, and shipping services. This will include an exh
 ibit service kit containing information, pricing, order forms and a sche
 dule including set up and tear down hours.\n\n-- Security & Liability --
 \n\nCFAS assume no responsibility or liability for exhibitor's property 
 or for loss or damage to displays while on the premises. Exhibitors are 
 responsible for securing their own liability insurance, including, but n
 ot limited, coverage for damage to property, accidents, and injuries to 
 exhibitors, facility employees, or vendors as a result of the installati
 on, occupancy, and dismantling or removal of their exhibits into and fro
 m the BMO Centre in Calgary.\n\n-- Booth Rental Information --\n\nThe di
 splay of any product should not be construed as an endorsement of/or app
 roval by CFAS. The exhibitor agrees not to imply in any way to a third p
 arty that acceptance as an exhibitor constitutes endorsement of a produc
 t or service by CFAS. CFAS reserves the right to refuse to rent exhibit 
 space at the Annual Meeting 2026 as it shall, in its sole discretion, de
 cide upon.\n\n-- Payment Schedule --\n\nCancellation Penalties:\n\n* Can
 cellation before March 8th, 2026: 50% of the total booth cost charged to
  card.\n\n* Cancellation after March 8th, 2026: 100% of the total booth 
 cost charged to card.\n\n* Cancellation after June 7th, 2026: 100% of th
 e total booth cost charged to card and applicable penalties charged to c
 ard.\n\nCFAS requires payment in full no later than July 8th, 2026.\n\nF
 ailure to respect these payment deadlines will result in a 15% late pena
 lty fee and does not release the contracted or financial obligation of t
 he exhibitor.\n\n-------------------------------------------------------
