 honour and a privilege to serve as the 73rd President of the Canadian Fe
 rtility and Andrology Society (CFAS). I am deeply grateful for the oppor
 tunity to lead a community committed to advancing reproductive medicine 
 and improving the lives of the patients and families we serve.\n\nI am d
 elighted to invite you to Toronto, September 23–25, 2027, for our 73rd
  Annual Meeting, under the theme:\n\n“Precision with Purpose: Where Mu
 ltiomics, AI and Human Values Converge.”\n\nReproductive medicine is e
 ntering an exciting new era. Multiomics, artificial intelligence, and da
 ta science are transforming how we understand fertility and personalize 
 care. Yet innovation must always remain grounded in evidence, ethics, eq
 uity, and compassion, with the well-being of our patients at its centre.
