Job Description / Duties

Position Summary:

We are seeking to add a second highly skilled and compassionate Reproductive Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team due to our rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reproductive endocrinology and infertility treatments, including IVF, ICSI, and fertility preservation. You will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating reproductive health issues while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial consultations, assessments, and follow-ups with patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients experiencing infertility.
- Perform and oversee assisted reproductive technologies (ART) procedures such as IVF, ICSI, and embryo transfers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including embryologists, nurses, and sonographers, to provide comprehensive care.
- Utilize AI tools to analyze patient data and improve the accuracy of treatment plans.
- Implement PGT to identify genetic abnormalities in embryos, increasing the likelihood of successful pregnancies and healthy births.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in reproductive technology and apply them to clinical practice.
- Participate in research and contribute to the ongoing improvement of clinic services and patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications / Required Skills

- Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology.
- Eligible to practice medicine in Alberta.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with medical advancements.

Salary: $500,000 -$750,000 + Signing Bonus up to $250,000 + Equity Incentive Plan
