Job Description / Duties

Conduct comprehensive initial consultations and fertility assessments for referred patients.

Design and oversee individualized investigation and treatment plans, utilizing in-house diagnostics and therapies.

Perform medical and surgical ART procedures in fully equipped, on-site operating facilities.

Deliver advanced fertility treatments including IVF, ICSI, ovarian stimulation protocols, mini-IVF, double stimulation, and oocyte retrievals.

Identify patients who would benefit from complementary therapies such as counselling or acupuncture and collaborate with allied care providers.

Practice medicine in full compliance with all applicable professional and regulatory standards, including CPSO, Out-of-Hospital Premises Guidelines, Health Canada, and CFAS.

Participate in ongoing professional development, including national and international conferences (CFAS, ASRM, ESHRE).

Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and clinical excellence across the physician and clinical teams.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice medicine in Ontario.

Completion of Canadian or American Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility, with residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Exceptional OB/GYN physicians with significant fertility experience will be considered.

Demonstrated medical and surgical expertise across the full spectrum of Reproductive Medicine and ART.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Strong familiarity with third-party reproduction, including egg donation and surrogacy.

Exceptional ability to communicate clearly, compassionately, and effectively with patients.

Commitment to professional excellence, ethical practice, and continuous learning.

Strong command of the English language.

Additional Information

Candidates must hold an Ontario medical license (or be eligible to obtain one).
