What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
• Provide comprehensive fertility consultations, assessments, and treatment planning for patients and families
• Deliver evidence-based reproductive endocrinology and infertility care across clinic and procedural settings
• Manage a full spectrum of fertility treatments, including Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), Therapeutic Donor Insemination (TDI), IVF, and fertility preservation services
• Perform fertility-related procedures and treatment monitoring
• Develop individualized ovarian stimulation and treatment protocols for patients undergoing assisted reproductive technologies
• Manage third-party reproduction programs, including egg donation and surrogacy cases
• Support patients pursuing fertility preservation and oocyte cryopreservation services
• Collaborate closely with nursing, laboratory, and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and physician rounds
• Ensure compliance with CPSO standards, Out-of-Hospital Premises requirements, and all applicable clinical regulations
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, research activities, and clinical innovation
• Mentor and support clinical team members as the organization continues to grow

Qualifications / Required Skills

What Makes You Successful in This Role
You'll thrive in this position if you bring:
• A valid license to practice medicine in Ontario
• Completion of a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ObGyn)
• Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) or eligibility to practice in the specialty in Canada
• Current ACLS certification
• Demonstrated expertise in fertility treatments, reproductive endocrinology, and assisted reproductive technologies
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based medicine
• Exceptional communication and patient counselling skills
• A collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care
• Interest in leadership, strategic growth, and practice development
• A patient-first mindset combined with a commitment to clinical excellence

Additional Information

Compensation
• Guaranteed first-year earnings of $360,000
• Potential annual earnings of $360,000–$800,000+
• Competitive compensation model combining base pay and fee-for-service incentives.
• Independent contractor arrangement
