Qualifications / Required Skills

Doctorate Degree in Reproductive Biology
Five (5) years Clinical ART Laboratory experience
CFAS ART Laboratory Dirctor Certification
Collaborative team player with excellent and effective abilities in both oral and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills
Highly developed critical thinking and analytical skills
Experience in test development, validation, and implementation
Advanced presentation skills including the application of adult learning principles, change theory and systems theory in a clinical environment
Demonstrated knowledge of & commitment to the principles of patient & family centered care
Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
