Having an understanding of your personality provides you with tools to better understand yourself and those you interact with. We all have different personalities – so whether it is in the workplace or at a pub – the benefits of understanding the basics of personality are endless!

Join me for this colorful presentation on the importance of understanding various personality types. At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:

  • Recognize the impact personality has on understanding individual differences
  • Identify which personality type best describes you
  • Use personality typing as a tool to promote relationship building, communication and conflict resolution
  • Identify why their chicken crossed the road

This program is ideal for everyone who deals with people on a daily basis.

This is an interactive web based presentation. Listeners will be able to watch the presentation, ask questions and enjoy a giggle or two.

Victoria Fertility Center

Clementine graduated with distinction from the University of Victoria with majors in Economics and Sociology.  She is currently completing her Masters in Leadership with a Specialization in Health Care at Royal Roads  University. She joined the Victoria Fertility Center in 2007 and currently holds the position of Accreditation  Coordinator, Human Resource Coordinator and Clinical Coordinator. Clementine will also be speaking at CFAS  in 2012 on Leadership in Health Care.

Clementine is an active member of the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society and holds the role of  Secretary on the Administrative Special Interest Group. Clementine is a board member of Fertile Future, a charity designed to provide funding for fertility preservation for cancer patients.
