• Early Bird Registration is open until June 30th, 2025 at 1:00 PM EST.
• The deadline for refund is August 31st, 2024 (minus 25% of administration fees).
• During the checkout process, you can also purchase tickets to the President's Dinner! 
• Upon successful registration for the Annual Meeting, you will be provided with a special link via email to reserve your room block at the Hôtel Delta par Marriott Québec, Fairmont Le Château Frontenac and Hilton Quebec. Spaces are limited so you are encouraged to make your booking. Note: If you're unable to see the room block when booking, please ensure that your check-in and check-out dates match the exact dates of the event.
