Summary of tasks and responsibilities
The Director shares the responsibility of managing the activities of the clinic with the Medical Director and the Laboratory Director. He or she oversees all aspects of the fertility clinic’s operations including, but not limited to:
• Supervise clinical and administrative staff;
• Insure quality of service, maintain client relationships and address concerns when necessary;
• Administer, enforce and collaborate on best practices for clinic operations including policies and procedures;
• Maintain operations and communication between all clinic departments;
• Support and facilitate necessary performance improvement activities to achieve desirable goals;
• Maintain and apply current knowledge regarding applicable regulatory standards related to clinical service delivery;
• Develop and monitor budget for clinic operations;
• Develop and execute strategic planning exercises.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Required skills and qualifications:
• Proven experience in a managerial position;
• Excellent Communication skills in French and English;
• Ability to achieve multiple tasks and respect deadlines;
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Experience in budget management;
• Experience in writing and understanding policies;
• BA in business administration or relevant field; MBA will be preferred;
• Experience in Fertility and/or clinical setting will be preferred

Salary: salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
