Job Description / Duties

The Clinical Leader at Mount Sinai Fertility (MSF) is an integral member of a leadership team consisting of a Medical Director, Scientific/Laboratory Director, and Managing Director; who together with other internal and external resources implements the mission, vision and values of Mount Sinai Fertility and the Sinai Health System. The Clinical Leader fosters a culture of continuous patient care excellence, quality improvement and operational excellence and is responsible for the direct management and oversight of clinical practice involving the departments of nursing, ultrasound and phlebotomy through four locations. The Clinical Leader will have a matrix reporting relationship to the Senior Director for Women's and Infants' Health and the Managing Director for MSF.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Current registration in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
A minimum of five years clinical experience (preferably in the field of fertility) and 3 years of progressive leadership experience
Respected and progressive leader with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a high performance team
Master of Science in Nursing or related discipline considered an asset
