Speaker: Martin Ducharme
Accreditation Canada

In 2011, Martin Ducharme took on the role of Product Manager within the Business Development team at Accreditation Canada. He is responsible for the Qmentum accreditation program for private organizations and focuses on three key sectors: assisted reproductive technologies, out-of-hospital surgery, and diagnostic imaging.

Martin brings a wealth of private sector experience to help the Qmentum accreditation program become a better fit for private clinics. Prior to joining Accreditation Canada, Martin worked with major healthcare and banking software companies. He was also a consultant specializing in helping small businesses expand and secure investments. He holds a MBA in International Business and is a member of Emerging Health Leaders.

Speaker: Toby Yan
Accreditation Canada

Toby Yan is the Manager, Client Services for the Ontario and Atlantic Market. Toby has been with Accreditation Canada since 2003 and has worked as an Accreditation Specialist with organizations from a variety of sectors including acute care, long term care, health systems, mental health and rehabilitation. Before joining Accreditation Canada, Toby was an Education and Accreditation Coordinator for the Royal Ottawa Health Care Group. Along with her knowledge and expertise in the Ontario/Atlantic market, Toby is an experienced educator, facilitator and team leader. Toby has a Masters degree in Psychology and has worked in private industry and government as well as health care.
