Dr. Goldi Gill - CFAS Chief Executive Officer
Goldi Gill is an experienced executive leader who has demonstrated excellence in strategic and operational management in multi-site for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Her professional experience is based on a strong foundation of evidence based organizational practices, theory, and research. Goldi comes to this position having been the Executive Director of The Arthritis Alliance of Canada, a pan-Canadian assembly, where she was successful in developing and implementing strategic goals in awareness, advocacy and fund development. Prior to working with The Arthritis Alliance of Canada, she held several roles within the public and private sectors. She has a solid background in leading teams in the areas of advocacy and strategic planning. Goldi possesses a strong political acumen and is well versed in working with not-for-profit organizations and government agencies. Goldi has a high regard for continuous learning and education. Her educational background includes a degree in communications, a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Queen’s University and a PhD in Organizational/Business Psychology.
Lorinda Jakubonis - Administrative Assistant
Graduating from the Paralegal Technologies field in 2000, our resident jack of all trades Lorinda has had an interesting career in a variety of different fields from administration, to ground transport, to event planning. She has spent the last 13 years at various positions within the Royal Victoria Hospital’s Ob/Gyn dept and MUHC Reproductive Center with the last five as admin assistant to the embryology department. Making the jump from clinical and patient care to helping the professionals in the field is a welcome change!
Justin Martinez-Rosler - Communication Coordinator
Justin, born and raised in Montreal, is the CFAS’s Communications Coordinator. He is currently in the process of completing his Undergraduate degree at Concordia University in Sociology. Due to his schooling background, Justin is delighted to be working for a non-for-profit organization and is proud to be part of the CFAS team. Justin enjoys playing soccer, exercising, and spending time with his family, partner, and his dog, Irie. He is always open to learn more and is passionate about continuing education.
Melissa Silver- CFAS Bookkeeper
Melissa graduated from McGill University with a Bachelors in Commerce, specialization operations management. She then went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Accounting at McGill University and is a UFE candidate. She has held various controller roles and done work in many different sectors including non for profits. In her free time, Melissa loves spending time and doing activities with her children.
