Job Description / Duties

The Andrologist will provide: daily procedures, such as Semen analysis, IUI preparation. Sperm cryopreservation, Lab QC and maintenance, as well as data entry.
Knowledge of the new Health Canada regulations regarding sperm and ova donors would be beneficial. Receive, verify, and process third party samples.
Perform and document on a daily and monthly basis, QA/QC and applicable statistics.
Ability to work independently & efficiently in a fast paced, changing environment, maintaining our high standards of practice.
Must have effective verbal, written and listening skills. As part of a team, interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Bachelors degree in a biological science from an accredited institution.
Minimum of two years experience in a clinical andrology lab.
CFAS Andrology certificate would be preferred.

Applicants must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident, eligible to work in Canada.

Additional Information

Full time position. Weekend & holiday rotation.

Salary: Dependent on experience.
