Travel Grant
As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting the next generation of leaders in reproductive health, the Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society (CFAS) is proud to offer the Travel Grant, eligible to students and Post-Grads only.
This competitive grant is designed to recognize outstanding academic contributions by students and post-grads, and to support their participation in the CFAS Annual Meeting—an essential opportunity for professional development, networking, and engagement with the latest research and innovations in the field.
Purpose of the Grant
The Travel Grant aims to:
-
Encourage emerging talent within the reproductive health community;
-
Recognize high-quality scholarly work aligned with CFAS’s mission and values;
-
Support attendance at the CFAS Annual Meeting for individuals who may not otherwise have the means to attend.
This initiative reflects CFAS’s broader goal of fostering inclusivity, innovation, and excellence within the field by investing in the development of future clinicians, scientists, and thought leaders.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Travel Grant, applicants must meet the following criteria:

-
Be the primary author of an abstract submitted to the CFAS Annual Meeting in the same given year;
-
Demonstrate that their conference registration and travel expenses are not already covered by an affiliated clinic, university, or institution.
Selection Process
Each year, 2–3 travel grants will be awarded to the top-performing abstracts submitted by eligible applicants. Abstracts will be evaluated based on:
-
Scientific quality and relevance of the submission;
-
Alignment with CFAS’s mission to advance excellence and equity in reproductive health care;
