Job Description / Duties

Pacific Fertility is hiring a full-time Embryologist for our Burnaby office. The purpose of this role is to act as a team player that identifies, fosters, and owns qualities that align with our mission, vision, and values to provide superior, personalized fertility care to our patients. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate team member. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Exceptional Patient Care:
- Provide patient-centered care
- Strong communication skills (proficiency in written and spoken English)
- Patient advocacy

Technical Expertise:
- Experience in all ART procedures (egg retrieval, embryo assessment, intracytoplasmic sperm injection, embryo transfer, and embryo vitrification/warming)
- Experience in embryo biopsy and egg vitrification/warming is preferred
- Strong background knowledge in Reproductive Science

Interpersonal Skills & Relationship Building:
- Adaptability and coachable
- Take initiative
- Commitment

Qualifications / Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience owning your role as an Embryologist, or related position.
- 2+ years of experience working in an IVF Lab environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in a biological science.
- CFAS certified Embryologist status is an asset.
- Proven ability to identify and successfully demonstrate and realize company goals and objectives.
- Demonstrate innovative, analytical abilities, leadership skills, and exceptional communication skills to deliver excellent patient care.
