Call for Abstracts
The CFAS invites researchers, clinicians, and professionals in the field of reproductive health to submit an abstract for consideration as part of the 71st CFAS Annual Meeting scientific program.
Opportunities for Presentation

Top 16 abstracts will be selected for oral presentations.

Up to 100 abstracts will be invited for poster presentations.
Please note: At least one main author must be available to present in person for the abstract to be eligible for inclusion in the program.

Submission Guidelines
All abstracts and supporting documents must be submitted through the Confex abstract submission platform.

Complete all required fields in the online form.

Upload all supporting documents, including:
- Ethical Standards Disclosure Forms (required for all co-authors and the first author)
- Abstract file (Word or PDF)
- Conflict of Interest/Disclosure form
- CVs
- Any additional relevant documents
Abstract Requirements

Field: Abstracts must be directly related to the field of fertility.

Confidentiality: Clinic names must not be included in the abstract.
Formatting Instructions:

Title: Bold font, maximum 150 characters

Authors: Italicized, listed by first name followed by last name and affiliation
(e.g., 1 John Campbell, 2 Margaret Witherspoon;
1 University of Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada;
2 Fertility Clinic, Red Deer, AB, Canada) -
Body Text: Normal font, clear and legible (e.g., Calibri, Arial, Times New Roman – 12 pt, black)
