Job Description / Duties

The Embryologist will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in ensuring that the highest standards of laboratory practice are maintained. The successful candidate will have a strong background in embryology, including experience with IVF, ICSI, and assisted hatching. Experience with embryo biopsy and oocyte vitrification is an advantage. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for helping couples achieve their dreams of starting a family.

Responsibilities include:
Performing day-to-day laboratory procedures including IVF, ICSI, assisted hatching, embryo biopsy, and oocyte and embryo vitrification.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Maintaining accurate records and reporting results to physicians and patients
Providing training and mentoring to junior staff

Qualifications / Required Skills

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Science or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an embryologist, with experience in an IVF laboratory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
