Job Description / Duties

The Clinic Director will be a results-oriented individual who has the ability to work in difficult and fast-paced environments.

Responsibility of this job include, but are not limited to:
Devise strategies and plans for clinical development and ensure excellent service and growth for the company

Ensure clinic operations are providing a seamless patient journey and that all staff are driven to improve patient experience

Oversee accreditation processes (e.g. Out-Of-Hospital Premises Inspection Program)

Strong marketing efforts with a focus on enhancing revenue

System implementation and doctor workflow

Be responsible for the hiring, training, and operational oversight of employees maintaining of all new employees

Ensure operational costs are kept low and profit margins are kept high

Demonstrate a solution-oriented model and ability to execute within company standards in difficult situations

Managerial mentoring and professional development

Ensure all health and safety obligations and legislation are adhered to, ensuring compliance with the same, including risk assessment and reviews (including the recommendation and implementation of improvements)

Develop clinic policies and procedures

Qualifications / Required Skills

The suitable candidate will have 5+ years operational or healthcare management experience, working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. The appropriate candidate must have 3 years minimum experience working within the Women's Healthcare/ fertility space. The candidate must demonstrate their ability to manage and maintain highly efficient and effective teams.

Key skills and experience must include outstanding interpersonal skills and hold the ability to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team and grow and maintain effective working relationships. They must be both customer and results oriented and must be highly responsive to requests, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are at an exciting point now where we are in the midst of establishing a clinic and we are looking to hire an experienced Clinic Operational Director to help shape our vision and then implement it.

The Clinic Operational Director will be a part of the Senior Management Team and will work closely with this Team to design the clinic, obtain regulatory approval, recruit the staff and get the clinic operational. Once the clinic is open, the Clinic Operational Director will effectively lead a multi-disciplinary team of experienced IVF professionals in order to ensure that operational and financial targets and regulatory requirements are met. The Director will focus on day to day operations, and in return significant autonomy will be given to lead and develop a high performing team. We are looking for candidates with well developed leadership skills, experience of project delivery and facilities management expertise. Proven abilities in driving top and bottom line performance and in identifying and developing business growth opportunities are important as this is an area where the right candidate can add significant value to this role.
