Job Description / Duties

Obstetrician-Gynecologist

OBGYN will contribute by providing patients with all the information they need for a smooth and pleasant experience as they undergo fertility treatments at the Centre. The OBGYN will help patients understand the procedures, the choices they have and what their treatment entails. From the initial consultation through the actual treatments and the ultimate goal of having a baby, the OBGYN will guide patients through every step with empathy and qualified guidance, in compliance with the standards and protocols established by the Centre. To thrive in this role, the incumbent is required to build and maintain collaborative relationships within and outside the IVF Centre, as various functions rely on each other’s performance. You will ensure that all documentation is accessible, traceable and accurate.



Reproductive Endocrinologists Infertility Specialist

The REI will undertake initial consultations and assessments with patients and recommend testing of all patient genders to identify potential causes of infertility. They advise patients on suitable treatment options in follow-up consultations and determine and document protocols. Perform therapeutic / surgical ART procedures in our state of the art operating facility. REI’s will be able to participate in events like CFAS, ASRM, Rounds, etc. for continued education in the field of Reproductive Medicine and join clinical research programs.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Obstetrician-Gynecologist

* Degree from a recognized medical school and postgraduate university degree in the field of specialization (Gynecology);
* Licensed physician in Ontario (CPSO) or potential eligibility in Ontario
* Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) Certification
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
* Good work history (performance and attendance);
* Adherence to professional ethical principles, philosophy, and organizational values;




Reproductive Endocrinologists Infertility Specialist

* Licensed physician in Ontario (CPSO) or potential eligibility in Ontario
* Completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
* 2-4 years therapeutic and surgical experience in Reproductive Endocrinology / ART
* Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support
* Solid understanding of key procedures: In-Vitro Fertilization, ICSI, Ovarian Stimulation
* Knowledge and understanding of third-party reproduction


Salary: Remuneration is commensurate with experience, and committed work schedule levels.
