Job Description / Duties

• Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary team
• Conduct initial assessment of clients
• Perform blood tests and administer medications
• IV therapy
• Assist physicians during surgery and other medical procedures
• Teach and counsel clients and their partners
• Conduct prenatal care
• Offer client support during the trials of infertility
• Other relevant duties that may arise

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Must hold current (or able to obtain), active-practicing licensure with the NANB
• Recent experience of at least 3 years in fertility is preferred. Experience in Medical / surgical nursing (obstetrics and gynecology knowledge) would be an asset
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and French – imperative
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Various computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, EMT, etc)
• Excellence in customer service
• Have good time management, have initiative and the ability to carry out several projects simultaneously

Salary: Commensurate with experience
