Job Description / Duties

Your responsibilities
- Provide exceptional clinical care in all aspects of REI
- Deliver a personalized, inclusive and elevated care experience in a collaborative and a multidisciplinary environment
- Work in partnership with all Twig REIs to provide comprehensive and cohesive fertility care
- Be a leader for the clinical team
- Identify opportunities to improve patient care and clinical services
- Educate patients, colleagues, co-workers and the community about topics relevant to reproductive health and fertility

- Exceptional communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- A professional, caring, and empathetic manner
- The desire to be part of a fast-paced and creative team
- An interest in quality improvement and innovation

Your qualifications
- Licensed or be eligible for independent licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
- Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) certified in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, or equivalent
- Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) certified in Gynaecologic Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility, or equivalent
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Experienced and new REIs, as well as current REI fellows, are encouraged to apply
