Anova Fertility has an opening for a highly motivated Reproductive Endocrinologists (independent contractors) to join our Toronto team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Undertake initial consultations and assessments with patients
• Recommend testing of all patient genders to identify potential causes of infertility
• Advise patients on suitable treatment options in follow-up consultations and determine and document protocols
• Perform therapeutic / surgical ART procedures in our state of the art operating facility
• Provide guidance concerning complementary therapies such as counseling or acupuncture as appropriate
• Participate in clinical research programs
• Participate in industry events (CFAS, ASRM, Rounds, etc.) for continued education in the field of Reproductive Medicine
• Practice medicine in accordance with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO), follow the CPSO Out-of-Hospital Premises Guidelines, and Health Canada

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Share the founder’s passion towards being the international standard for successful reproductive health and fertility centers and making the right to building a family accessible to everyone
• Licensed as a physician in the province of Ontario, OR potential eligibility in Ontario are required
• Completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• 2-4 years therapeutic and surgical experience in Reproductive Endocrinology / ART
• Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility is required
• Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Solid understanding of key procedures: In-Vitro Fertilization, ICSI, Ovarian Stimulation
• Knowledge and understanding of third-party reproduction
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy with patients and staff
• Demonstrate excellence in clinical care and commitment to career development
• Must have strong English language skills

The Centre is open to negotiating advances for housing allowance as well as a bonus structure
