Job Description / Duties

- Egg retrieval and stripping, intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ISCI), fertilization checks, embryo culture and grading, assisted hatching, embryo transfer, embryo / oocyte thaw and cryopreservation, embryo biopsy, and other duties as assigned.
- Sperm analysis and reporting, sperm cryopreservation.
- sperm capacitation for Intrauterine sperm injection, sperm preparation for IVF / ICSI.
- Sperm handling and preparation after surgical removal (PESA, TESE, TESA)
- Report any incident of any category.
- Interaction with physicians, patients, nurses and administration
- Participate in the development of policies, procedures and standards as they relate to laboratory procedures used in the treatment of infertility patients.
- Update laboratory supplies inventory and submit orders when needed.
- Quality control management and assistance with third party inspections.

Qualifications / Required Skills

- Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences or related fields.
- Minimum of 2-year experience as in the field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Committed to follow protocols as directed.
- Highly attentive to details.
- Committed to document his/her work.
