Job Description / Duties

The incumbent will be assigned to laboratory activities related to embryo culture techniques, gamete and embryo manipulation, cryopreservation of gametes and embryos, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and embryo biopsy.
The candidate will be required to perform all other tasks related to the position and will be required to participate in the work team rotation including weekends and holidays.
• Oocyte retrieval and denudation
• Conventional IVF and ICSI
• Embryo assessment, extended culture, assisted hatching
• Embryo and oocyte vitrification and warming
• Trophectoderm biopsy for PGT
• Embryo transfer preparation
• Semen preparation and general andrology support
• Ensure strict adherence to lab protocols
• Participate in equipment maintenance, quality control, and quality assurance procedures (daily, weekly, monthly logs)
• Accurately document clinical procedures in the EMR and patient records
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
• Maintain lab cleanliness and manage inventory and supplies

Qualifications / Required Skills

• BSc or MSc in Biology, Biomedical Science, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a clinical IVF laboratory
• Proficient in ICSI, embryo culture, vitrification, and embryo biopsy
• Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Certified by CFAS as an ART Lab Professional (preferred)

Salary: $90,000-$130,000
