Eileen McMahon is a Nurse Practitioner at Hannam Fertility Centre in Toronto, Ontario. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a baccalaureate and Master’s degree in Nursing as well as a post-Master’s Nurse Practitioner Diploma. She holds a Clinical Appointment as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing, University of Toronto, holds specialty certification in Perinatal Nursing from the Canadian Nurses Association, and is a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner. Eileen served on the Canadian Fertility & Andrology Society Board of Directors from 2016-2021 and was their first nurse President from September 2019 to September 2020. Eileen has dedicated herself to identifying best practices for the delivery of outstanding healthcare in an empathetic and inclusive manner. She has a particular interest in fertility preservation.
Danielle Dubois, the Operations Director at the Ottawa Fertility Centre (OFC), is directly responsible for the Clinical, Administrative Services, IT, Facilities, and Human Resources Services and Managers. She is active in the centre’s research program, Patient Safety and Operation Committee, and co-chair of Patient Experience. Her most recent co-authored publication is “Exploring Cisgender Women’s Experiences of Reproductive Loss After In Vitro Fertilization.” Ms. Dubois has held a career in reproductive health for over 16 years. She has a Bachelor of Nursing Science degree from Queen’s University, a Master of Health Studies degree from Athabasca University, and a Business Administration Certification from York University. Ms. Dubois joined Accreditation Canada in 2016 as a surveyor. She is an active member of the CFAS NSIG & ASIG and is on the board of directors for Fertile Future.
Penny Blesch, as the Chief Operating Officer at Olive Fertility Centre, is responsible for the operations of a complex system of processes, people and resources and countless daily decisions that impact patient centred care. Penny ensures that all of the systems, resources, and people are in place to achieve Olive’s goals. Penny’s dynamic background, blending HR, leadership, and business has created an environment where employees are more likely to feel motivated, empowered and supported – and to perform exceptionally well in a constantly evolving and challenging environment and create workplace cultures that positively impact patient satisfaction and outcomes. Penny has served on boards throughout her career: as the Board Liaison of Out on Screen, an executive board position, which maintains formal connection between the Board of Directors and staff members including the executive director. In addition, Penny served as a board member at Women in Leadership, a foundation dedicated to advancing women in leadership and empowering the next generation.
